Executing the three focal points of the company’s retail strategy: customer service, in-stock, and store appearance in the store. Responsibilities included the following: Execution of core initiatives within district. Responsible for teaching, coaching, and training store leadership and associates in district regarding the implementation of company initiatives without adding complexity to the store’s operation.
