Responsible for the management of Supply Chain, Materials Management and Logistics departments for the Dulles Manufacturing/Warehouse facility as well as over 450 service site warehouses throughout the U.S. and Canada.Other responsibilities include staff planning, Expense Budget Planning, Material Planning/ Scheduling, Demand/Forecast Planning, Import /Export processing/customs compliance and Distribution & Logistics Control functions.

Responsible for Manufacturing, Materials Planning, Purchasing, Production Scheduling, Customer Service, Inventory Control, Budgeting & Logistics departments for a division that manufactured currency processing equipment. •Responsible for 12 direct reports and 52 indirect reports (bargaining labor- UAW).•Implemented Manufacturing principles in plant and policy of 95 % and better delivery attainment to all internal production schedules and external customer shipments. Responsible for all Manufacturing cells in the Philadelphia Plant running 10 hours daily, up to six days weekly.
