About Robert Reiche

My passion is helping people reach their full potential – top performance in the workplace - and freedom to achieve desired choices. In my opinion, habits are often stumbling blocks - changing habits therefore a key life skill. My long and varied career with people in many settings has been both a privilege and provided me with insights about habits in many settings - technical teams, projects, operations, consulting and development.So with more than twenty-five years of interacting and supporting people through change, the key to the challenge of change is overcoming the "grip of habit" in our lives.Applying the principles of human (leadership) development, mindfulness practices and brain sciences, coupled with the varied experiences and insights gained in the workplace, allows me to provide guidance and support to those who strive to reach their dreams.
