Was recently honored by QA Magazine, by being selected for the cover of the February 2018 issue. This was in recognition of the significant innovation and flexibility myself and my team has built into our facility and our company, that allows us to compete in every sector of the food industry. Successfully producing for the industry's smallest customers to the world's largest.Created a custom potato stick line that within two years won "Champion Title Best Potato Stick in the Country." Oversaw from inception through development and implementation, a custom sweet potato chip line using a novel process that within three years is sold nationally in multiple chains, locally, and around the world; representing two of our top ten products to date.Currently pursuing eight patents (seven pending, one granted) towards new product design and manufacture, expected to launch summer 2019.Led development and implementation of basic HACCP plan into a robust SQF system that has attained Excellent Ratings from inception to current.Led continuous improvement plans and process refinements that has resulted in a daily production increase of 50%, and an overall increase of 200%.
