Since the 1970s when he graduated from Harvard Business School and came to Washington to help create EPA, Mr. Reisner has been a government executive, a management consultant and an adjunct professor. He has been a partner at ICF Inc. and Putnam Hayes and Bartlett and a Vice President of Market Opinion Research. His clients have been both private firms and public institutions.He is a graduate of Yale University where he received the Corning Traveling Fellowship for a year of travel and study of global business on five continents.
