I received my Journeyman Apprenticeship Papers in Machining in1993. I work for K-Machine and Tool for 24 years, the last 14 years, were as the Shop Foreman. I than started to work for Mars Wrigley in September of 2011 as a Wrapping operator in the Filled Bar department. In June of 2012 I became a Team Captain in the Filled Bar Process area. In 2015, I became a Team Lead for the Filled Bar Process area until I transitioned into the Production Leader role in Industrial Products Chocolate Department in 2020. In June of 2023 I received the role as the Continuous Improvement Specialist for the Industrial Product Chocolate department till the present.
