I am a partner at Forchelli Deegan Terrana LLP concentrating my practice in the areas of tax certiorari and condemnation law. Throughout my career, I have represented clients in real property tax proceedings throughout New York State, including Long Island and Upstate New York. I have successfully obtained millions of dollars in real estate tax refunds and savings for clients, who include national, regional, local owners and tenants of all types of commercial and residential property. In addition to representing property owners, I also have significant experience representing municipalities in tax certiorari proceedings. I have served as special counsel to the Village of Freeport with respect to the Village's tax certiorari matters. I am also a frequent lecturer and writer on tax certiorari law.
