I am responsible for maintaining and facilitating productive working relationships within the North American market. Responsible for revenue generation by way of account development and retention. I form brand-building strategies that assists clients in achieving success in the market. I also manage the development, maintenance and communication of all marketing materials related to technical product information. By working closely with all levels of our client’s organizations, we achieve jointly defined business development initiatives. My role also includes internal product training. I develop and maintain all product related training materials.

I was responsible for procuring the day-to-day supply of all necessary materials. Through forecasting and other analytical strategies, I managed inventory to ensure all materials were at an optimal level to allow for an uninterrupted flow of business. I maintained and strengthened supplier relationships, and led cost savings projects for my organization.
