•Manage a staff of 15 associates who service and assist BMW employees situated across a 4 building campus.•Responsible for all daily mailroom operations including automated shipping and receiving,offsite record retention/retrieval, copy center reprographics and inventory replenishment.•Assist with scheduling, training and positioning of staff to fill various positions during absences and vacations.•Review and discuss with property management, department cost, production and staff reports when required.•Maintain and upkeep the loading docks and surrounding areas of each building, for a total of 4 buildings.•Organize and setup seating, tables and equipment for all conference rooms as well as employee auditorium.

•Managed team of nine, including mailroom and maintenance coordinators, who serviced and assisted a combined office population of 800+, situated at two regional offices. •Coordinated facility maintenance and repair issues and liaised with Building Management as required.•Performed space planning, coordinated moves/adds/changes and assisted with both large and small scale construction projects at multiple sites.•Oversaw incoming/outgoing mail operation with annual postage budget of $350,000. Extensive experience with domestic and international mailings, including customs issues.•Directed off-site records retention facility. Evaluated service level requirements, monitored performance, addressed issues and reviewed and reduced related costs.•Initiated and managed the implementation of FedEx Ship Manager, and UPS Campus ship, directly to 200 workstations. Improved shipping efficiency site wide.•Drafted monthly highlight reports, keeping management informed of monthly expenses and budget.
