As a Section Manager at General Dynamics Land Systems, I lead and mentor mechanics and senior mechanics in building and repairing armored vehicles for the US Army. I have over 21 years of experience in manufacturing, operating, and maintaining heavy tracked and wheeled military vehicles, in diverse locations, climates, and situations.I employ modern leadership tactics, specifically participative leadership, to encourage critical thought and employee participation in departmental decision making. I also ensure proper manufacturing techniques, and enforce quality control measures during initial build, or during repairs made to new vehicles while in testing. I have a Master of Arts in Organizational Management with a Global Management Concentration, and I am skilled in government contracting, DoD, and systems engineering.
