Supervise and assist employees, when needed, duringproduction, inspection, equipment operation, performance of major and minor repairs, and maintaining all variants ofthe Stryker and Cougar armored vehicle. Referenced all appropriate technical and operation manuals, and taughtemployees to read and use electrical and hydraulic schematics, blueprints, and test equipment, to troubleshoot andrepair any and all faults. ITAR Certified, Certified test track driver, Certified Master Driving Instructor, OverheadCrane Certified. Proficient in electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting procedures and capable of overseeing work in allbuild stations in the production facility. Work with employees to prepare vehicles, in the price range of 1.5 Million to 5Million each, for Government inspection and purchase. Interact with the customer at all levels, and communicate dailywith managers within my own organization. Use Microsoft office programs including word and excel to preparespreadsheets, charts, and documents.
