From personally writing the code for some of the first products that we offered in the US to now managing a group of dedicated professionals internally known as the TCB Team, I've led our team in embracing a culture of continuous learning and skill development. What sets us apart is our commitment to equipping non-software engineers with coding skills and agile methodologies on the job. Recognized as an Inspiring Leader and pivotal in securing our Team of the Year accolade in 2020, my mission remains centered on nurturing talent and driving impactful change within the industry.
