The major steps of the project were: • Establish the presentation format with engineering design and sales departments. • Generation of true scale drawing files using AutoCAD. • Modify to the presentation format and compile master catalogue. • Recommendations for presentation, i.e. packaging and attached literature.• Liaise with Engineering and Sales personnel.

Served my time in a variety of manufacturing and engineering office areas within the aero engine manufacturing plant at Hillington. During my apprenticeship I learned various skills including; turning, milling, grinding, vertical boring, NC/CNC machining, component inspection. After completing my apprenticeship I worked in a manufacturing cell producing compressor rings, casings and associated components for the compressor & turbine stage of RR's range of aero engines (Trent, RB211, Spey, Tay, Dart).
