At Bio-Sell Consulting we focus on "face-to-face" sales processes, and in particular, where complex products are being sold. The sales process for complex products often includes two or more stakeholders, each interested in a different aspect of the product. For example a technical stakeholder is interested in "how and the why" a product is beneficial, whereas the financial stakeholder is interested in the return on investment. At Bio-Sell Consulting, we work directly with your sales team, to educate and facilitate their learning and how to put sales knowledge into practice. We offer "in-house" training programs which can be extended to included "in-field" training to insure learning implementation and assessment.

Commercial Partner and Sales Management: With more than 12 years in business development and sales management in Asia, My responsibilities included the emerging markets of Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Afghanistan. I achieved and average sales growth for these countries for 2016 of 40%, exceeding USD$2.2 million in sales revenue.Regional Product Expert: QIAsymphony; QIAGEN's flagship automated solution for nucleic acid extraction and detection. With regional responsibility for the growth of the install base of the QIAsymphony, in 6 years the install base has grown from less than 10 units to over 260 units.Product integration and Training: Following the Corbett Life Science acquisition by QIAGEN, I was responsible for sales portfolio integration of Corbett products within APAC region under the QIAGEN brand name. I also work on regional projects in Medical Diagnostic and Translation Medicine. This includes supporting sales and marketing with product integration, training and customer interactions.Presenter: Present in excess of 60 seminars annually on QIAGEN products. Presentations are given at conferences, universities, hospitals, clinical laboratories, and to interest groups. Also provide voluntary presentations to students at universities and hospitals on multiple topics such as the application of real time PCR in medical diagnostics and translation medicine, basic research and principles of diagnostic and research work flows.

Engaged to restructure and expand an existing distribution network across the region for analytical instruments and automation. Identified distribution partners and negotiated distribution contracts.Growth: Built strong relationship with Distributor network. Research Management: Invented platform technologies that have been acknowledged as strategically important to the pharmaceutical and research sectors.
