Beginning with a few quality centric roles, my career as expanded through project and operations management, into continuous improvement and health and safety. I have supported teams nationally and internationally, informally and formally, working across NZ and into Asia, becoming exposed to vastly different technical and cultural operations.My strengths are based in my ability to learn fast and apply these learning’s to accelerate effective change. I work heavily in the development of technical aspects of problem solving processes and systems as well as on the leadership and behavioural development necessary to be successful in implementing any form of organisational change. I can and do relate well to all levels of an organisation, whether it be working one on one tackling a complex front line issue or delivering a new strategy to business Executive.
