This means that for time given (usually a full week), 0-24 Hours support is given to the customers tech-representatives, if an abnormality takes place with the application.- Daily Tasks are mainly the following: application-testing/monitoring, establishing customer communication, log-extraction, cron-job configuration, ticket-handling, scripting, cleaning filesystems etc....
