With over twenty five years of experience in the steel industry, I am a passionate and driven leader who oversees the US operations of New Process Steel, a global provider of steel solutions. As the Director of US Operations, I am responsible for managing the production, quality, safety, and logistics of 4 plants across the country, ensuring optimal efficiency and customer satisfaction. I hold a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, and I have implemented several process improvement initiatives that have resulted in significant cost savings, waste reduction, and productivity enhancement. I have also led the successful integration of new technologies and systems, such as automation, robotics, and ERP, to modernize and streamline the operations. In my previous roles as Plant Manager, I demonstrated my skills in operations management, team building, problem solving, and strategic planning, as well as my ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer demands. I am committed to the mission of New Process Steel, which is to deliver innovative, sustainable, and high-quality steel solutions to diverse industries and markets.
