To direct new installation, upgrades, and Retro commissioning of commercial, Government, Educational, and institutional work in the Mid-west area. These services include HVAC, boilers, air cooled and Water cooled chillers, ground source heat pumps, heat pumps, gas and oil-fired roof top units, Split Systems, air handling equipment, VAV Boxes, Unit heaters, Make-up air units , automated control systems, Fire alarm systems. water treatment systems. and all other related mechanical, and construction services. As well as solar systems, water saving systems, lighting systems, metering, Building envelope etc. To assist in Planning, Development, scopes of work and Commissioning of all above systems.To set up site safety plans with subcontractors, write and maintain schedules. Organize overlapping work between client, client's subcontractors, and companies subcontractors. Settle problems that may arise in scheduling, manpower, and shipping or production delays that nay arise, Approve or deny change order request, write change orders to customer, plan and lead progress meetings, and provide quality control.
