Developed and managed a strategic program across the bank’s eight lines of business that was designed to improve financial processes and crisis leadership performance during recovery and resolution events for the enterprise.• Led program to understand and mitigate risk front-line units face from compliance, market, operational, reputational and strategic stressors. Directly responsible for resiliency testing for 16 nations in the APAC region and technology restoration testing for the bank’s Chief Operations and Technology Officer. • Led project development efforts for our North American Market Presidents designed to enhance their management capabilities in responding to crisis situations.

Led and trained 1,300 employees, 120 managers and support personnel in 33 locations in support of 5 North American manufacturing centers to ensure appropriate prioritization of tasks and talent management. • Achieved a 1.75% increase in bottom line revenue via a kaizen project that enabled Senior Managers to identify operational inefficiencies and develop solutions to eliminate waste in expedite shipping costs and equipment management.• Delivered a 10% growth rate in 2016 with P&L responsibility for a $250 million business.

Road Transport Lead for Shell Oil Company’s U.S. and Gulf of Mexico operations. Led a team of 7 regional managers who supported exploration efforts for 6 assets in the onshore exploration business and 20 floating and fixed structure platforms in the Gulf of Mexico.• Led team in achieving CEO’s global award for “best in class” performance in supply chain operations and safety with a start-up asset by establishing processes and procedures for contractor sourcing in the Permian Basin.• Served as the Director of Logistics in support of Shell’s 2012 Capping Stack Exercise which demonstrated the company’s ability to regain effective well control measures to the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement.

Served in a variety of Command and Staff positions in support of OIF and OEF. This included several major operations in Al Anbar Province with partnered Iraqi Security Forces and Special Operations Forces. Additionally, served as an Embedded Training Team Leader for Regional Command-East in Afghanistan.• Supported international foreign policy in Afghanistan by planning and leading the strategic execution of the Stage 4 Transfer of Authority from U.S. command to NATO command through a coordinated effort with the governments of 24-member nations regarding their operational roles.• Taught leadership and mentored Midshipmen at the U.S. Naval Academy who were on the commissioning track for service in the Marine Corps.
