Profile bio

About Robert Ritson

I am an experienced Wildlife Technician and recently completed my Masters of Science in Biology studying bison spatial ecology in the American West. My thesis research on bison and side project examining wildlife movement during the 2017 Great American Solar Eclipse developed my R coding skills. My ultimate goal is to become a Wildlife Research Biologist with a state or federal agency. My research interests primarily include large mammal management and conservation, spatial ecology, landscape conservation, and animal movement ecology. However, I have a diversity of field experience, ranging from forests to shrub-steppe ecosystems. I am seeking a permanent full-time position in which I can apply my skills and education towards wildlife conservation research goals.

Listed skills include Wildlife, Public Speaking, Powerpoint, Research, and 21 others.
