I used to tell my colleagues that I felt like I was in college always learning and given new opportunities to excel. From Package Car Driver to District Safety Operations Manager, I learned so much from the different assignments I had and have a great respect for each one. My biggest accomplishments include obtaining my Professional Human Resources Certification and a #1 District ranking Corporately for overall Safety processes for the last 5 years. I am experienced in all areas of Human Resources including Employee / Labor Relations, OSHA Compliance, Security / Loss Prevention, and Health & Safety.If I had to offer some advice to someone, I would say “be a good listener and treat people with dignity and respect”. If you were to ask people about me, they will describe me as loyal, honest, hardworking and a proven leader.In my spare time, you will usually find me hanging with my daughter at a restaurant, movie or the mall. The highlight of my week is volunteering every Saturday running a bowling league for children and adults with special needs.I want to continue to keep my skill set sharp and look for more opportunity to contribute to another great organization.
