In my role as Global Operation Lead, I am responsible for directing and coordinating global operations for a LERT program.My work involves overseeing different teams and operational processes across different regions, optimizing resources, and continuously improving procedures to achieve operational excellence. I report directly to the Global Service Delivery Lead, also interacting with the client's stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement global operational strategies that drive growth and efficiency. This includes planning long-term initiatives and aligning operations with the client's vision and mission, following Accenture’s delivery standards. - Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in operational processes, implementing optimization and automation practices to reduce costs and enhance productivity.- Global Coordination: Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams in different regions, ensuring best practices are shared and implemented consistently across sites.- Analysis and Reporting: Conduct analyses of operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Present detailed reports and recommendations to senior management and client’s stakeholders for informed decision-making and delivery evaluation. - Talent Development: Supervise and mentor teams, promoting a learning and continuous development environment, and ensuring team members reach their full potential.My focus is on creating an agile and resilient operational environment that enables the project to quickly adapt to general changes and seize new opportunities.
