Pre pair training slides with power point and conduct training for new employee's and our annual refresher training for experienced miners. Investigate accidents and pre pair paper work for MSHA and Cal OSHA. Keep spread sheets up to date with production yardage and production time on Dredge 17 for all managers and supervisors.
