Make sure that all clean linen and housekeeping inventory was properly maintained and on hand at all times to ensure that the physical environment of each vacation home met the high standards during the property turnover process. Lead by example to promote the company to current and future residents while you provide excellent customer service. Promote a sparkling personality, superior customer service and communication with residents and prospects to assure customer satisfaction and increase renewals, revenue and profitability.

Responsibilities included manage all staff at resort including front desk, concierge, housekeeping, bell desk and valet. Maintain the daily operations of the resort including: Accounts Receivable/Payable Billing Process, all Sales & Marketing. Promote superior guest service skills, quality control, employee training, strong leadership skills and ensure that the resort is obtaining the highest possible REV/PAR, ADR and occupancy through effective revenue management and profit maximization.

Manage and motivate all Front Office Staff with daily supervision to include staffing, training, discipline, scheduling and visually monitoring performance to ensure adherence to all service and productivity standards to provide the very best in guest satisfaction.
