I was a Sales Associate at The UPS Store 2863. I attended customers, packaged their items and handled any concerns they may have with the services offered onsite. During my first year, I worked full time, but from the spring of 2023 to May 2024, I switched to working part-time. I was and still am a student at Belmont University

Organized on-campus Conferances and other special programs.Conducted orientation for groups ranging from teenagers to active-duty military personnel.Acted as primary contact for maintenance requests.

Shadowed DevOps engineers to understand business practices.In conjunction with a team of interns, we presented a business case to a panel to further expand and develop Asurion's uBreakIFix program.

Work with Project Management, Service Now, ATOC Teams and the DBA Team.

Served as Grill-meister and prepared food to order for customers.Set up and broke down the cafeteria daily.Maintained a clean and organized workplace.

Bagged groceries, managed carts and assisted customers inside and outside the store.Cleaned store interior, including restrooms.Conducted underage alcohol audits of neighboring stores.
