Managed, budgeted, developed, organized, and directed ongoing 24-hour daily operation, including technical and clinical aspects of respiratory care services, sleep disorders center, non-invasive vascular neurodiagnostic and neonatal respiratory care departments. Developed and deployed community-wide respiratory care services for patients in skilled-nursing facilities. Successfully sold service line to multiple facilities through contract negotiations to facility administrators covering over 300 beds. Trained and deployed full- and part-time therapists and technicians to provide physician-prescribed therapies on 24/7 basis.

Installed and trained users on new departmental computer charting systems for respiratory therapy. Answered calls and offered support for users encountering database difficulties to troubleshoot and correct application errors. Trained new users on computerized departmental information system applications for facilities in Atlanta, Columbus, Indianapolis and Fresno.
