Leadership Positions
CurrentLeadership was another skill/job that was easy to identity. An experience in my life that clearly represent tis skill would also include my small business. Since my small business is continuing to grow, I had a buddy of mine help work for me. He does photography, filming, and editing, that is used throughout all social media platforms. More specifically, we started creating YouTube videos and do not have any luck of them ‘blowing up’ in views. My task was to help influence myself and the ones working for my business. With all of the time spend into planning and creating these videos without any significant view ratio, it can put us in an upsetting mood. While taking action, I made sure I motivated my buddy and others involved with the business. I helped motivate, coach, and develop them into staying strong and not giving up. In result, we still have gotten the best amount of views on our YouTube videos, but that will not stop me from continuing my business. Overall, leadership is key in this situation, by having this skill of influencing a group to achieve a common goal is a great feeling, especially when they become motivated and developed.
