Robert Rosenberg has gone back to his roots of being an entrepreneur joined Medallion Landscape Management, Inc a shareholder and CFO. In addition to Medallion, Robert has re-started Advance Construction Technology. Originally created while he had ownership in a community management firm, ACT is rooted in understanding multifamily residential and providing the highest possible customer service.Previously Robert oversaw a portfolio of 11 Associa branch offices throughout the United States. His responsibilities in this capacity include serving as a mentor to the branch CEO’s to help them achieve Associa’s core corporate objectives as well as uphold Associa corporate policies. Rosenberg also educates each CEO in a variety of areas including how to improve company performance, business planning and innovation. Rosenberg holds a Business Administration degree from San Jose State University with a concentration in Accounting. In addition, he received his law degree from the Santa Clara School of Law in May of 1999. He started his real estate career in mortgage banking and has also worked for a Certified Public Accountant specializing in real estate accounting and a law firm specializing in real estate law. Rosenberg is a certified community association manager, and a licensed real estate broker. Rosenberg is affiliated with numerous trade organizations in the field of real estate including stints on the board of directors of the Executive Council of Homeowners and the California Association of Community Managers..
