Assisted tenants with recertification of yearly leases to ensure accurate peronal information was being stored in EIV (Enterprised Income Verification) system. Managed and supervised a superintendent, along with 4 porters, for each 7 properties under my supervision. Resolved any tenant issues or complaints in accordance to Housing and Urban Development standards. Contracted out maintenance word to the company's personal vendors.

My last held position for the DOE was Parent Coordinator for Sheridan Academy for Young Leaders located in the Bronx. Supported school administration staff with workshops and projects for parents and community. Conducted school outreach events for the community as well has collaborated with the Parents Association to develop resources and strategies to heighten parental involvement in their children's studies.
