I work in partnership with multi disciplinary agencies and organise and attend regular core groups abs service reviews . I help support the people we support to manage their finances. I was involved in transitioning a group of young men from high school into their first tenancy as adults in 2017 and this has been a major success. In late 2019 out service within TRFS became involved in forensic packages and branched out into criminal justice work . I oversee a forensic package transition from children services to adult services and supported the individual to get their finances under control and to gain their own tenancy and supported them to introduce structure into their life.I also oversee one of the biggest forensic packages in Inverclyde and work with multidisciplinary agencies on a daily basis including social work , criminal justice social work , OMU , forensic community nurses and psychiatrists
