Advise on numerous legal and regulatory issues, including deal structuring, anti-tying laws, affiliate transactions and securities law disclosure requirements. Partner with compliance, product and risk management functions to ensure seamless delivery of credit products. Advise on all legal aspects of origination, syndication and trading of syndicated loan product. Developed and presented training sessions to Syndications and Corporate Debt Products associates to ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures and to foster awareness of business and legal issues affecting syndicated loan market.
