Senior attorney supporting Charlotte-based Corporate Debt Products teams covering Financial Sponsors, Healthcare, General Industrials, Power and Utilities, Sports Finance and Brazilian Corporate Banking. Advise on numerous legal and regulatory issues, including deal structuring, anti-tying laws, affiliate transactions and securities law disclosure requirements. Partner with compliance, product and risk management functions to ensure seamless delivery of credit products. Advise on all legal aspects of origination, syndication and trading of syndicated loan product. Developed and presented training sessions to Syndications and Corporate Debt Products associates to ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures and to foster awareness of business and legal issues affecting syndicated loan market.

General corporate practice of law with primary focus on secured transactions involving financial institutions. Advised clients on all aspects of corporate financings including, deal structuring, perfection of security interests, negotiation and drafting of transaction documents.
