CurrentFrontline manufacturer level service support and issue resolution assistance for owners and service support partners with an overall goal to improve customer satisfaction. I guide customers maintenance & parts department staff with education on warranty, parts ordering, technical diagnostics, and equipment familiarization. Act as eyes and ears to identify failure trends and areas for improvement by collecting evidence and documenting failures for product management and engineering. Update technical cases in Salesforce to assist management of customer relationships for continued sales growth and opportunities.
