Over the last fifteen plus years I have had substantive leadership roles at Webster Financial Corporation (formerly Sterling National Bank), CIT Group (now First Citizens) and National City Bank (now PNC). I have partnered with my colleagues to build credit/risk/lending capability at all of the aforementioned financial institutions which include an entrepreneurial focused regional bank, an international finance company transitioning to a commercial bank and a top ten commercial bank.
