Following a career in the Australian Army, I ventured into the hostile and unchartered waters of business ownership. I started Genesis Offices (a Sydney CBD based serviced office business) from scratch and, with the tremendous support of great clients and hardworking and loyal staff, have managed to survive the past 23 years.Life in business has been nothing short of an education and an adventure. I have discovered that I have a passion and a talent for growing and developing people, and, that I thrive on entrepreneurial risk. I have a strong passion for service. We live by this at Genesis Offices and have developed our own Single Organising Idea and Service Principals that keep us focused on supporting our client base.I have travelled the world researching the shared workspace industry and this, coupled with years of developing and maintaining customer relationships, has given me insight into the industry and where the future might take us. Away from the office my passions are racing my Formula 3 and Formula Ford cars, playing guitar, song writing, ocean swimming, gymnastics, my Moto Guzzi Le Mans, playing in the surf, great food, great design, modern art, travel, and, health and well being.
