I specialise in the analysis of both criminal and regulatory cases against police officers and other professionals. I provide a powerfully unique insight for defence teams in relation to the quality of investigations. I am able to highlight deficiencies within disclosure to identify further avenues of disclosure to support a defence strategy. With extensive recent operational experience in the management of critical incidents and firearms command, I have the credibility to professionally commentate and support clients through the Post Incident Process and beyond. I have a strong academic interest in cognitive performance in relation to decision making under pressure that Senior Investigating Officers face and regularly present on this topic. I am in the process of completing a Masters Degree in Criminology and would like to continue my studies beyond this.
