Create plans for the current/future footprint (~3,400 Stores) of the company, including: Identifying Greenfield Markets, Relocation Targets, Consolidation Opportunities, and De-Commissioning Needs. Perform financial analyses on potential project scenarios, to determine viability. Develop customized strategic reporting for Operations, Finance, and external clients. Actively monitor store group sales, to identify trends that warrant further investigation, to ensure best practices.  Translate financial data into business terms, and effectively communicate that to executives. Recommended revenue-building opportunities (i.e. Strategic partnership opportunities, Sales Blitzes, Acquisition opportunities, etc…).  Formulate and support critical strategy recommendations for executive level management.  Develop new tools/data models that allow us to look at the data from different vantage points. Work with confidential information, and make critical operations/product recommendations. Research and identify macro and micro economic conditions that may impact company performance. Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
