Throughout my career I have established myself as a leader that can thrive in fast-paced and cross-functional team environments. My corporate career path began with a managerial position in the restaurant industry. I then entered into the RF industry, where I quickly worked my way up the management ladder. I continued to work full time while completing my post-secondary studies, which include an MBA from the University of South Florida. Presently, I work as the Senior Manger for Production Control at Qorvo (the merging of RFMD and TriQuint). My main objectives include enhancing standardization, driving process improvement, implementing Lean practices, creating cross-team collaboration and focusing on systematic elimination of waste. Prior to the merger in 2014, I worked at RFMD as a production manager for nearly seven years. Before that, I worked at Universal Microwave Corporation (UMC) for roughly the same time span before it was acquired by RFMD. After RFMD acquired UMC, I began to cultivate a skill set that includes transferrable expertise such as strong problem solving, analytical, team building, and adaptability skills.I contain strong experience in Lean Manufacturing and streamlining continuous improvement processes that enhance organizational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and company bottom-line. Furthermore, my resume displays company-loyalty and a record of achievement that proves my worth as a leader.
