About Robert Rutherford

Experienced ITSM Product/Process Owner with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education and IT outsourcing industries. Highly skilled in all aspects of IT Service Management, IT Asset Management, and Service-Level Agreements (SLA). Experienced with ServiceNow and TeamDynamix platforms. Highly committed to continuously improving ITSM and ITAM processes. ITIL Foundation certified.Currently I am the SAFe/Agile Product Owner for IT Asset Management (ITAM) responsible for maturing and upgrading the current ITAM processes and data while leading a small team of ITAM practitioners.We started ITAM in the ServiceNow tool set 6 years ago and have been maturing it ever since. This includes new integrations to Jamf, MCEM, and PeopleSoft as well as migrating to a new ITSM/ITAM tool set called TeamDynamix. Currently I am championing new integrations to Dell and Jamf Cloud, improving IT Asset Disposition (ITAD), as well as growing a network of ITAM practitioners across the entire University all while ensuring we remain HIPAA compliant.
