In this position I work closely within the Contractors Material Management team by:- Supporting the project’s needs for timely material deliveries, material receiving, storage / preservation and efficient material issue to the work face.- Provide materials look ahead to project (delivery schedule, watch list).- Providing accurate Material and Logistics data to the Client- Ensure alignment of material needs and availability between different Material Mgmt. ERP systems (JMMS / Matrix / Site Sense)- OS&D Coordination – ensuring deficiencies on any delivered material are identified, recorded, tracked and corrected with Expeditor/vendor communications- Fleet Management Coordination (vehicle assignment logs and mileage/fuel tracking)

My role at Albian Sands was primarily to electronically receive and track material, issue pick tickets to the craft for material issue to the field – provide support to the field craft on all material related issues.

Fort Mcmurray Alberta

• April 2010 to Nov. 2011. Material Management, Warehouse Supervisor. In this role I supervised approx. 10 Warehouse Teamsters and 1 office admin. - Electronically receive and track material, issue pick tickets to the craft for material issue to the field- Liaison between warehouse unionized craft disciplines- Ensure required daily tasks were completed - Ensure accurate record material receiving and material issuance documentation (MTR’s, packing slips, requisitions and material issue notes)- Provide leadership and guidance for craft personnel- OS&D coordinator

Acheson Alberta

• Acheson, Alberta – Dec. 2008 to April 2010 Materials Management Warehouse Co-Manager. In this role I supervised 8 sub-contractor warehouse personnel with 3 different off-site storage facilities.- Supporting the project’s needs for timely material deliveries, material receiving, storage / preservation and efficient material issue to the work face.- OS&D Coordination – ensuring deficiencies on any delivered material are identified, recorded, tracked and corrected with expediting/vendor communications- Electronically receive and track material, issue pick tickets to the craft for material issue to the field- Ensure required daily tasks were completed- Liaison and scheduled with sub-contracted millwrights for rotating and preservation requirements
