- Implemented SSO utility scripts that: 1) Add properties to configuration files and restart the shibd service 2) Accurately add/remove shibboleth attributes to/from config files and database upon customer requests and 3) Sift through the shibd.log and reformat the assertions into readable information.- Developed Nagios monitoring process/script that performed health checks on both the Docker container and the microservice that was running in it.- Provisioned the company's ideation app stack on an AWS EC2 instance that was used to generate the testing AMI. Also, wrote scripts that customized the multiple app's config variables so that the main site was available when the EC2 instance came up.

- Designed and developed an automated process for upgrading over 300 hosted customer instances. This included: 1) Rest API calls enabling/disabling monitors 2) Concurrent threading and process handling of individual upgrades 3) Synchronized access to common resources 4) Coordinated starting and stopping of infrastructure services.- Developed the customer SSL Certificate renewal process. This included: 1) Rest API call that submitted the CSR 2) Rest API call that retrieved and formatted the SSL Certificate 3) Commit Certificate to GIT repo to be applied.- Established an infrastructure area to quickly 'clone' a customer's environment so Engineering/Support could replicate and trouble-shoot a wide range of customer issues.- Participated in customer engagements ranging from troubleshooting SSO issues to on-premise software upgrades.- Developed release package for on-premise customers. This required the install scripts to be flexible and take into account the different customer environment needs such as ports, install locations, and database user security.- Provided 24x7 operations support for critical 'Sev 1' issues as well as off business hours customer technical support.

- Handled customer requests that supported their sales compensation business processes. This included a number of diverse admin areas such as Oracle (Database), BEA (Webserver), and Business Objects (Reports).- Multi-tasked to keep up with request volume. A typical situation was simultaneously running a database schema restore, updating/inserting multiple LDAP entries, and monitoring customer workflows (pipelines/ETLs).- Provided 24x7 after hours/on call support for On-Demand services and clients.- Created ksh/Perl scripts for handling a number of team tasks which included over 200 Oracle daily backups, customer metrics, and space usage reports.- Devised ksh/Perl/Java utilities that assisted with troubleshooting application space problems. - Effectively performed standard Oracle DBA responsibilities for development, testing, & production warehouse databases for global Sales Compensation. These terabyte-sized databases had a growth rate of 10 million records per month.- Ensured that the Operational Data Store (ODS) and the reporting DataMart (DM) data were kept in sync.- Optimized parts of the Informatica process by analyzing queries and scrutinizing the data in relation to generated statistics.- Used DBA/development tools such as RollBack Segment Monitor, TableLock Monitor, and BeanGen for generating JavaBeans using Perl, shell scripts and Java.- Tested and implemented a process for retrieving HR data, enriching it and storing it in a third-party sales compensation database via ETL processing, scripts and Informatica.

- Led a taskforce to establish requirements for policies and procedures of the Supply Chain Management process.- Using these policies and procedures, executed an end-to-end Change Management (CM) process utilizing Clearcase.- Provided all needed scripts using aliases, ksh, and Perl scripts to implement the CM process.- Guided project teams through critical tasks such as view/branch creation and source code merging.
