Operating out of the Wall Street branch office at 45 Broadway, New York, NY, managed a relationship with a multinational Insurance software vendor partner located in London, U.K., including active multi-continent marketing of this software to Insurers with global reach.Simultaneously successfully directed a Program of projects comprising an Audit of the Y2K efforts for sixty (60) companies offering services to the New Jersey State Board of Public Utilities (aka: NJBPU - sectors included Water, Gas, Electricity and Cable). This effort included liaising with the NJBPU and presenting progress reports to the press, public safety organizations, peace officers, as well as elected State and municipal representatives.

Managed the Individual Business (aka Personal Lines) I.T. PMO as Director, including CBA generation, business requirements completion and business prioritization activity for all projects. Had responsibility for the Business Analyst group through another Director who reported directly to me.

Successfully managed the DB2-based operational Enterprise Data Warehouse, which collected information from multiple front-end Business applications for both Personal and Group Life and Annuity policies for over two million Insureds, nationwide. Duties included more analysis and mentoring of junior staff and less coding-to-spec as time progressed.
