With over 15 years experience in varied catering environments from fine dining, to large scale contract catering, and a pop up food business of my own, I now run my own pop up food business.I spent four years of my career living and working in France as a catering manager where I was responsible for a team and the entire catering operation of a small resort. Here I developed staff management skills and working in another language.
