As a Document Specialist within One Legal's Concierge team, my duties included the following;1. Reviewing documents for E-Filing for customers. This entails reviewing documents for their completeness and that all pages are scanned in the correct PDF format per the California Rules of Court.2. Ensuring PDF files are made text searchable and that all Exhibits and Attachments are bookmarked in compliance with the California Rules of Court for E-Filing.3. Creating Physical Filing orders for customers. I forward the relevant documentation to One Legal's Physical Filing branch to deliver to the Court Clerk.4. Creating Service of Process Orders for customers. Once Case Initiation documents are filed with the court (Complaint, Summons and Civil Case Cover Sheet), they are required to be served to the Opposing Party. 5. Respond to various Rejection Inquiries by customers regarding previously rejected documents. I explain to them why their document was rejected and provide advice where appropriate on how to re-submit their documents for filing.

I worked as a Customer Service Advisor on behalf of a UK-based energy supplier - Eon. Eon Energy currently ranks as one of the UK's Big Six in terms of customer volume. As I was placed in Eon's Residential Billing Department, my role entailed serving customers as a first port of call. It included the following;1. Explaining electricity and gas bills to customers as well as setting-up different payment arrangements including Direct Debit.2. I would achieve my daily targets by arranging for free call-backs from Eon's Energy Efficiency team.5. I applied my problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to solve complex-queries including Change of Supply and Meter-exchange.6. For existing customers, I renewed customers' tariffs by guiding them through the contractual process over the telephone.
