I was chosen to accomplish the task of merging two separate quality and processing systems after my previous employer ADB Ind. and sister company Thompson Ind. merged. Part of this challenge included bringing Thompson Ind. on board as a NADCAP accredited company in the field of Heat Treating and Vacuum brazing. During this endeavor I have also established and achieved new quality goals that are tailored to the growth of the two companies as a single Business unit, merged two Inspection departments into a single cohesive team with foundations and inspection capabilities in Vacuum and dip brazing, Welding, Chem Processing, Heat treating and complex machining in the aerospace industry.

Responsible for maintaining and improving established AS9100 Quality system, NADCAP accreditation in Dip Brazing, Heat Treating and Chemical processing. Designed and implemented internal processing procedures for successfully attaining NADCAP Weld process accreditation.During my role as Quality Manager our NADCAP re-accreditations yielded the lowest number of NCR’s in Heat Treating/brazing, Welding and closure of audits in ADB ind. history.
