• Manage projects including but not limited to ground up telecommunications data HUB sites, building additions to existing live telecommunications data HUB sites, full MEP upgrades, Mechanical upgrades, Generator standby power upgrades, building automation systems (BAS), and JACE equipment monitoring systems (Time Warner Cable – Critical Infrastructure) • Manage all facets of as many as 16 multiple projects running concurrently, in various stages and in multiple regions of the State of Texas • Consult from a construction perspective on project design process including Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEP Engineering • Submit project design documents and plans to all applicable permitting authorities including County, City, and Fire Marshal. Ensure timely receipt of all required permits • Coordinate with local power companies for new service requirements for telecommunications HUB sites • Develop clearly defined scope of work and prepare new project packages for submission to sub- contractors for bidding process • Review and analyze sub- contractor proposals to verify scope contrasts for pricing comparisons • Perform pre- construction meetings with permitting authorities to confirm requirements for all applicable inspections • Create a detailed comprehensive construction schedule for all projects under direct supervision • Perform pre- construction meetings with sub- contractors and trade laborers to review the construction schedule, job site safety requirements, and scope of work • Supervise multiple projects in the field with onsite inspections for sub- contractor progress, quality control, field change approvals, and direction • Review and approve all project sub- contractor and vendor invoicing for payment • Schedule all applicable required inspections for multiple projects in various regions of the State of Texas• Monitor all long lead equipment orders and schedule deliveries
