I have been active as a private piano teacher, voice coach, pianist, accompanist, music director, church musician and choir director for over 30 years. As of October 2023, I have musically directed 121 fully staged productions of 57 different musicals and been the rehearsal pianist and/or pit musician for 75 others. In addition to existing shows, I have coordinated, arranged and musically directed numerous reviews and cabaret productions.As an accompanist, my experience ranges from classical to contemporary.As an educator I have had the privilege of training hundreds of students, including many who have gone on to successful music careers or avocations. Training includes technique, theory, interpretation, and presentation skills.
