Atoka Manor Inc. Experience:• Administrator of non-profit and for-profit nursing homes from 96-bed to 160-bed.• Full administrative and financial responsibility, to increase census, manage/reduce expenses, comply with State and Federal Regulations, complete turnarounds, clear poor surveys, create staffing matrix.• Experience in contracting with Medicare to add skilled services to long-term care facilities.• Experience with construction and remodel of new skilled wings.• Tasked with and successfully increased nursing competencies, increase average Medicare reimbursement rates, recruit attending/referring physicians, increase overall profitability of each facility.• Performed Medicaid audits, which resulted in additional monies to facilities.Accomplishments:• Hired as Administrator to clear poor survey and contract with Medicare to dually certify beds for addition of Skilled Nursing Facility services.
