I aim to manage and lead a corporate entity's Asset Protection Teams group. My thirty years of law enforcement experience, twenty-five as a supervisor for a busy and progressive police agency (Jamestown NY Police), has demonstrated my ability to manage personnel and work with the members of the agency as a team to provide the community the best law enforcement agency we could provide. For the past fifteen years, I have served as a Captain of Administration for the agency, overseen the agency's Investigative Section, and assigned and supervised the caseloads for our Investigators. I also play a significant role in our hiring process for new hires. I am involved in the internal disciplinary procedure for employees facing complaints or criminal charges. More importantly, I have always strived as a leader to incorporate a sense of belonging to a team within our agency and with the community we serve. I have found that people who feel they belong in their agency or community will be better workers for their agency and their communities. I look forward to using my skills as a leader, motivator, mentor, and good community member outside of law enforcement to work within a corporation to provide the leadership and security they and their customers need daily.
