I set up Samways Surveying Ltd in 2004 with the aim of providing a high level of professional service to a broad range of clients within the residential and commercial property sectors. It's hard to believe we will soon be celebrating 20 years of Samways Surveying Ltd!My role continues to be to assist my regular clients in maintaining and enhancing their property portfolios through a range of services such as:Pre-purchase surveys, Building Surveys, Condition Surveys; Architectural Services and Planning/Building Regulation matters such as plans for change of use, extensions, new builds, conversions etc;Acting in a Contract Administrator/project manager role for the above schemes and dealing with the contract procurement, site issues, statutory approvals etc;Professional services such as preparing and commenting on Schedules of Dilapidations, Landlord and Tenant issues; Party Wall issues.

As a Chartered Surveyor, members of the RICS are required to carry out a minimum of 20 hours 'Continuing Professional Development' (CPD).
