* Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients including Colgate * Day-to-day point of contact for clients providing customer service and sales support* Managing all special projects from initial request from clients; to test phase; to completion* Order processing * Ensure the timely production of goods to meet delivery deadlines * Operate digital printer and cutting machine

• Develop and maintain supportive relationships with Nestlé personnel• Day-to-day point of contact for Nestlé providing customer service and sales support• Managing all special projects from the initial request from Nestlé; to test phase; to completion• Prepare weekly forecasts based on upcoming workflows from Nestlé, working usually one month in advance• Liaise with Productions providing them the written briefs for Nestlé work orders• Order processing • Liaise with Pre-Press, Productions and Despatch to ensure the timely production of goods to meet delivery deadlines.
