The objective of the project was to find and recommend a long-term replacement solution for the existing disability insurance management system. To achieve this objective, I produced RFI and RFO documents, was instrumental in developing the RFO evaluation model before short-listing and selecting the appropriate vendor. I produced the GITC contract before the implementation phase commenced. The project was around $1 million in total and was delivered within budget and schedule. It was approximately a 14 month project in total

I was the Senior Business Analyst on the conversion for Sunsuper from Ultimaas to Omniplus, an American based record keeping system. I worked on the entire Software Development Lifecycle. I was responsible for running Model Offices for clients and providing presentations to show the status of the project. I was also responsible for ensuring that the business and functional specifications as well as the testing strategy were accurate and workable. , I was responsible to ensure we were successful in obtaining compliance and audit signoff from external parties.
